I have a wart on my finger and I have been feeling generally unwell the past few weeks

So i used to feel so much pain on the first 2 days of my period, and now for the last 5 months i dont feel anything, and i don't know why am complaining but im afraid that its a sign for something wrong, i also want to indicate that i was only born wwith one ovary on the left and i had a fibroid tumor removal surgery 3 years ago

Stomach pain, gas and loose motion. I have had 3 loose motions in one day. The pain in continous.

Is it possible for a bad lower back to cause refered pain to far left side of chest?
