I am 29 years old female and I had iron deficiency anemia and low levels of folate, so I was having iv iron infusion for two months. At the beggining my ferritin was only 5, now is 118. Now I want to maintain my iron level but I also know that high iron is dangerous, so, my question is should I take GLOBIFER PLUS which is with iron and folic acid to maintain my iron level, and if yes, for how long. I would very much appreciate if you can help me. Many thanks.

Hi I seem to get arm pain in both only in sleep. If I take deep breath on waking it improves. Also I hyperventilate a lot during day when talking . Any connection

My Son is having heavy cold n cough.
