Hi I am 55 yr old female with Hashimoto’s. About 3 months ago medication was changed from Armour to Tirosint 75 & Cytomel 25. Labs from last week TSH 0.16, T3Free 4.6, and T4 5.5. My doctor changed Cytomel to 5. I never really understand the results and concerned about my levels. I do occasionally have heart flutters although I feel okay. Can someone explain my results and what they mean? Any advice?

I have had extreme sore throat for the past five to six days, more painful than anything I have ever experienced (I can barely swallow without a sharp pain shooting through me). I thought at first it was mono, then tonsillitis, but neither seem to fit because they come with other symptoms that I don't have (like exhaustion and fevers).
