I had a head MRI, it showed nothing but I'm worried it's missed something because I didn't get the dye... does an MRI still show blood clots in veins etc without the dye?

I just got prescribed isibloom birth control , but I still breastfeed. My child is 15 months old and I really just nurse around nap time and in the middle of the night. Do I have to stop nursing while using this birth control?

I'm taking antibiotics for what is believed to be a sinus infection. I had minor swelling between my nose and cheek bone yesterday when I started the antibiotics. When I woke up this morning the swelling in my face was much worse and extends from the inside corner of my eye all the way down to middle of my cheek. Is this normal?

Sometimes BP increase up to 156/114 in the morning and sometimes goes low by 100/70 in the evening. Please advise. Thanks. Regards.

Tip of toe nail hurts so bad. There's no swelling, nothing black. When I walk the pain reduces 90%. But when I lie down it increases alot. I can't see anything under the toe nail. But when I touch it, it hurts alot

Hi, I'm a software engineer recently married. I have recently changed changed my schedule to a balanced day between 10 to 7 and my diets are proper, taking proper sleep but after reaching office I feel very dizzy, my body stars paining specially back it's like feeling restless due to that I don't feel like working comfortably, I feel like closing my eyes. There are only 1-2 days in week when I feel full of energy I'm not sure about exact reasons why it is happening should I go for check up like HB count or meet nutrition please suggest.
