Hello, my doctor did not suggest I take multivitamins because I forgot to ask him about it but whilst at Costco I did pick up a pack "Centrum Women's" I have had an iron deficiency problem for the past couple years which I took care of with iron pills, but I am no longer on those since I got it back up to normal. Should I take the multivitamins for my general health or talk to my personal doctor first?
