Flu

Jelly like substance on a deep cough comes up. There is spit in the morning that contains dark brown/black specs in spit. Slightly thicker than spit. I'm 23 ex smoker, pretty heavy for about five years have recently quit 60+days ago because of this reason but it still remains. I have acid reflux but mange pretty well. Cant figure out what this but often is so thick in the morning that it makes me vomit.

I have had a pretty serious cold for about a week. Chills, fevers, issues breathing, body aches, nasal drip, coughing, sneezing, light handedness, no energy, stuffy nose ect. Well I was suppose to start my period 5 days ago and have only experienced cramps and aches and moodiness but no bleeding. Could this cold or whatever I have been effecting my period?

I have dizziness,knee shoulder joint lain, back pain radiating to legs muscles, forgetfulness, lack of presence of mind and mood changes since 2 months before which i had gerd so i was orescribed PanD for 3 months. I had my CBC done in which my Mchc (28.8), high RDW (14,90) and little high lymphocytes (3.21, normal is 1-3) but normal hemoglobin (14.2) and rbc(5) and other factors are also normal totally. Ehat could be possible reason? Could B12 or B6 or vitamin D be the reason? Please help me out because I am also facing bit of lack of breathe since 3 days. What could be the possible reasons?
