Sputum and brown/black specks ..help!
Jelly like substance on a deep cough comes up. There is spit in the morning that contains dark brown/black specs in spit. Slightly thicker than spit. I'm 23 ex smoker, pretty heavy for about five years have recently quit 60+days ago because of this reason but it still remains. I have acid reflux but mange pretty well. Cant figure out what this but often is so thick in the morning that it makes me vomit.

Your problem may be due to your ex. Smoking habits. Drink plenty of fluid steam inhalation twice daily. If necessary antiemetic may be used
