Chest “aches” or soreness

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Is it possible for a bad lower back to cause refered pain to far left side of chest? I get pain that almost feels like pulled muscles and soreness on the left side of my left breast and also below it. The kicker is I’ve been getting this for about a year. Have had ekg all good. They just say it’s anxiety. I disagree but I don’t know. My life is pretty great and I don’t notice any anxiety. Thank you
