Hi Doctor.. is it normal to have less sense of smell in common cold... Am down with cold. Runny and stuffy nose... Today I can feel I lost smell or have less sense of smell.. no fever no throat pain.

Is running 1 plus km daily a good sign of heart health? Hi, I've been a regular smoker for quite some time now. But since the last few months, I've been feeling sick all the time. I mean I'm not actually sick but the symptoms make me feel sick, like low on energy, negative thoughts, chest tightness, a racing heart, a nasal congestion and a tonnes of anxiety. I don't know if it's because of smoking or if something's wrong. It almost feels like something's wrong with my heart. I went to a pulmonologist  few weeks back and chest xray was clear. I'm a male (27).
