I have high BP issues since a long time, but my BP was controlled with medicine
But since the past two or three days, my BP is continuously coming in the higher range - 140/80
I have checked it several times during the day, and this is the exact reading every time

But headache and dizziness in hypertensive patient is not good,so best medicine for this is the rest.
