Hi, I'm having issues with my white nails,on the internet people are calling it terry nails, and I have no lunula that others have.i exercise regularly, weight approximately 77 height 6.0, please help.

Hi, As evident in the image you have shared, you have whitish discoloration of most of your nail except for the far end. This could be seen with both Terry's nails or Half and Half nails. Either way, i suggest you do not panic. You could get a basic blood work done and consult a physician to get a check up You can always consult me if you feel the need to. Thank you

Go for blood test like CBC, LFT . Iron deficiency anemia, liver disease, fungal infection, calcium deficiency may cause white nails. Follow healthy lifestyle. Take fresh fruits and vegetables. Take iron, calsium , protein and vitamin rich diet.
