It's been 2 weeks my lower back is paining and the pain is aggravating day by day. I was doing stretching exercises and it's because of that. I have already taken pain killer medicines such as vevor an but it's not giving me relief. What should I do?

Any test? Should I visit any doc?

In about every 15 days or so the fever comes back and my father has to take paracetamol 650 along with an antibiotic for about a week and he is fine for another few days. This has been recurring for quite some time now. No cough, any joint aches or any other problems. He is on medication for Sugar and Pressure. All kinds of diagnostic results for Sugar, Kidney, Liver, Malaria, Tuberculosis etc are fine. Our family doctor says its viral but I am worried, please please suggest something. I had fever 4 days ago,i took p650 after that fever is gone. But from yesterday there is problem on toilet,when doing the toilet ,feeling pain in my lower abdomen and toilet not going properly. Becuase of pandemic i can't go for check up.please help me out. Thank you.

Dear sir my mother is suffering from some acidity problem and pain at chest and heart since long. She is taking medication for the same and she is so much afraid of covid situation today as the cases are raising. But she does not have any covid symptoms. Can she take C or multi vitamin tablets on every day for immunity boosting . If so ,then please suggest me how to take sir. She is 70 years old.

I've been taking 100ml kaadaa in the evenings everyday for the past 3 months Have seen a lot of hair falling out and some indigestion/stomach pain (stomach pain usually settles by having a glass of buttermilk) Could that be a side effect of taking kaadaa ?
