Can we take multi vitamin tablet daily for increasing immunity? Is zin-Ken - vit tablet same as the zincovit tablet? I don't find the details for Zin-Ken-Vit in the internet. Are there any side effects for taking multi vitamin tablet daily?

Why does all food taste very spicy to my dad his age is more than 50. Earlier he had some issue with hb level. So i had admit him in local hospital, doctor filled blood in his body afterwards he fill better n hb level come upto normal.
