She has been experiencing mouth ulcer since 5-6 days, tried glycrine but it didn't help, can you suggest what should be done?

Hi All I have recently moved to night shift previously I use to work day shift. From night shift work I am not able to sleep and eat. The day time also not sleeping properly and then remaing time also not feeling well. Need some reconditions to overcome it and food diet also. What type of food can I take night What to do to be normal. Appreciate your help in advance .

I have this cough which is lingering for more than 2 months now. I had taken antibiotics and also deletus p syrup. Although it reduced it to some extent but not completely cured it. Some days I am absolutely fine and on some days I will cough a lot and I get a lot of post nasal drip and mucus(transparent) from it. I am not sure what should be my way forward ?

Can we keep a cotton swab dipped in vicks or amruthanjan in ear to relieve cold and cough? Does it has any side effects?

Hi Sir, I lost my smell since a week and one of my nostril is blocked too...I m not experiencing any running nose or sneezes except nostril blockage.....apart from above there are no other symptoms...should I proceed for covid testing for only loss of smell and taste??? Please do suggest future  precautions  and practices which I need to undergo..

Can tonsillitis cause swallowing difficulty...I was having tonsils 4 months ago with slight headache and slight fever and that time lockdown was there so consulted nearby doctor he gave CEFIXIME ,Azithromycin and B-Complex along with PANTAKIND DSR! I found very little relief and i then started feeling like food is sticking in throat and till now i am having swallowing difficulty and my right tonsil is still swollen and sometimes feel tightness in throat! I am taking DDR two tablets every morning,Cefixime ,REKOOL as prescribed by doctor but not any relief in swallowing issue! I did CBC normal and can't visit any hospital in this pandemic ! HELP ME PLEASE
