Can I take vitamin d 250 IU  tablet  Daily .because I had muscle pains .any side effect are there ,please suggest the dosage of vitamin d .

She is having chronic pain in my joints and around her left hip region. Also she is unable to sit down on floor due to a terrible pain in her left knee.

Is it okay to take one 500 mg vitamin c tablet everyday , is it safe or has any side effects. How and when to take it.

I was suffering from sleeping difficulty.I took Tab Atarax 10 mg for three nights after dinner and had good sound sleep at all the three nights.Can taking Tab Atarax(10mg) for 10 days permanently cure sleeplessness  or  Sleeping difficulty due to anxiety?

My grandma she is having pain in upper eyes and above the forehead. she is daily taking pantaprozole still she has gastric problem may be or something else. She also take her hypertnesive medication

Dear Sir / Madam, I am having problem of feeling sleepiness throughout the day. U wake up at around 6 am and my office starts at 8am. After the reached after about 2 hours, I feel drowsy. Then all through the day it keeps coming and goings. I keep yawning several times the day. In the evening I feel better, but after I reach home at around 7pm and freshen up and have evening tea, I feel sleepy again. And most of the time I sleep for around 1 hour. Then I wake up have my dinner and sleep again at around 12.30 am. Kindly advise if I have any problem and what should I do for it. Regards, Modhumon Chowdhury

Hello My mother suffered from high fever and other symptoms 4 days ago (18/07/2020) . Consulted a family doctor and was given dolo650 and azythromicin for 4 days. Gave swab test (20/07/2020) and was tested positive yesterday (22/07/2020). However she doesn't show any symptoms now . There was no fever from the past 2 days . Should we still continue the medication ( dolo650 + azyrhromicin,) ? What are the further steps that are to be taken . Please guide me.
