Hi,
With slightest change of weather and a downward change in temprature I get cough and fever which takes several days to recover. Can you please advise what to do.

You may be allergic to changes in temperature and weather. You can take a mild antiallergic for a longer period and improve your immunity with zinc& vitaminC containing supplements. You can take precautions against cold weather and also start breathing exercises/pranayam to prevent further episodes.
