Fever & cough due to change in weather
Hi, With slightest change of weather and a downward change in temprature I get cough and fever which takes several days to recover. Can you please advise what to do. Regards!

You may be allergic to changes in temperature and weather. You can take a mild antiallergic for a longer period and improve your immunity with zinc& vitaminC containing supplements. You can take precautions against cold weather and also start breathing exercises/pranayam to prevent further episodes.
