It seems like your TSH values were 9 mIU/L previous and you were prescribed Thyronorm 75mg. And now your TSH value is 2.43 ( which is in normal range). Your Diagnosis is subclinical Hypothyroidism ( T3 and T4 values are normal, while TSH values are High). The purpose of treatment is to keep the TSH values within normal limit. Your TSH values are now within normal limits means now you are taking correct dose of medication. Continue taking the Thyronorm 75 mg because stopping it will again lead to increase TSH.
Next Steps
continue Thyronorm 75 mg, monitor Thyroid profile every 3-6 months. If yours TSH values increase or decrease beyond the normal range than only you need to change dose of your drug. otherwise you have to take it continuously.
Health Tips
take the medicine as soon as you wake up in morning daily
