I have allergic issues like having cold,cought once weather changes and I also have itching in my skin. I went to physician he suggested me to take Tab Monadine or Tab Air M . (1) Is this medicine effective in treating my both problem ? (2) Also suggest me better medicine for my both problem if necessary? Pls help.

Feel bodyache and lethargic .. after getting up in the morning ..I hve thyroid..left knee slight pain when climbing stairs..lot of hair fall..as a person I am not someone who is lethargic

My nose gets blocked and sometimes I just sneeze continuously and also my eyes become itchy.. any solution for this?

I am suffering from urticaria since last two years .. my urticaria gets triggered.. if i ate brinjals..or if i wear tight clothes ..or if do a exessive standing work in day In which my on my whole body gets exessive itchy thick patches which are red and warm to touch..on thighs..inner legs..back..all over abdomen Sometimes lips got swell in night Sometimes i get lump like swelling anywhere Like in scalp.. or my back side of foot Whenever hives are on back side of foot i am unable to walk because those lumps are excessive itchy and somewhat painful These all symptoms get relived by mindful sleep of night In morning i am almost gets well Sometime i take anti allergic tab okacet Bt now its not working on me Also i have bronchial asthama (for which m  treatmnt is ongoing frm my pulmnologist) I have attched my blood reports done inast month

Hi ! Yesterday since i was feeling too hot , i switched on my AC for sometime and switched it off. After sometime , i had some minor throat scratching but then i slept. Since morning my body pains alot , my muscles feel stiff and i feel tired. I don't know What's wrong because my body temperature is around 97-98.1 F. Also my sleeping patterns have changed since the lockdown . Please help i m scared .

Hi for the past few days i am not having any proper sleep maximum like 4 to 5 hours after lockdown i was waking all night having late dinner and going to bed around 6 am or 7am but i was getting 8hours of sleep but now i am really struggling evem suppose if i have slept for 4 hours and wake up early and then stay awake whole day and try to sleep in normal time then also i am struggling to get continuos long 7 to 8 hours sleep! Can i take Ashwagandha as i heard it helps in giving good nights sleep or should i take a sleeping pill for 6 to 7 days to bring in my normal sleep pattern?please help thank you
