  4. Toilet issue. Up. please help me out.

I had fever 4 days ago,i took p650 after that fever is gone. But from yesterday there is problem on toilet,when doing the toilet ,feeling pain in my lower abdomen and toilet not going properly. Becuase of pandemic i can't go for check up.please help me out. Thank you.
