  4. Fever for last 4 days. Plz suggest.

Fever for last 4 days...
100 to 102c. Fever for last 4 Days... Took Nemocid and Paracetamol... Fever will reduce post medicine however it will come back in the night.. No vomiting.. No ache.. No rashes.. Need to travel.. Wana instant relief... Plz suggest..
