High Fever
I'm getting high fever from yesterday 102°C after taking p650 the fever waves off but again after 30 minutes it comes back i went to a doctor he gave me P650 and antibiotics and also there's cough. Is Paracetamol effective for this type of fever?

You can take paracetmol 1gm .If fever not subsiding after three days you can give your routine blood tests
