Is it safe to take c vitamin tablets
Dear sir my mother is suffering from some acidity problem and pain at chest and heart since long. She is taking medication for the same and she is so much afraid of covid situation today as the cases are raising. But she does not have any covid symptoms. Can she take C or multi vitamin tablets on every day for immunity boosting . If so ,then please suggest me how to take sir. She is 70 years old.
