Hi, I am facing low levels of vitamin B12 and D continuously since 2 years of regular annual checkup. Vitamin B 12 level goes down to 65 and Vitamin D until 19.5. Wanna know how can I improve them or maintain them at good levels. I also generally take supplements for few months after the test but it is low everytime I go for the test. It's been more than 20 days I have phlegm build up with cough and blocked ear at times and there is like heart beating in my right ear but stopped 10 days back, now it's just nose and ear blocked. I have taken multiple antibiotics and cold tablets but nothing now working out. I tried visiting hospital but everyone is just scared and not giving a positive response.
