In June 2020 my iron was 26 , which is low but right now my iron is 16. I'm unable to get the reason behind diminishing iron level. My body is becoming weak and I feel sleepy all the time. What should I do? I've already tried dietary changes but they're not helping.

Hii sir / madam, this is chantibabu, I am suffering with lumps under skin at thighs, buttocks, back lower abdomen, shoulder, neck, head top side.
