Flu

Two days a go i had fever with little bit cough and muscle pain cause by too much in working, walking went to work and walking again went at home and being wet by rains thats why i am failure to go at work for almost 4days to rest and eat healthy food, plenty of fruits and take vitamins . I need consultation with issuing medical certificate for fitting me to go at work.

My doc has given me shelcal HD tablet,once daily for 2 months for my disc problem but my vit d3 is 42..Can I take shelcal HD?Im tensed..Kindly reply

Hello Doctor my father got low grade fever 99.8° on 25/7/2020 and he took dolo 650 one tab in the night and the temperature has been normal and again on 30/7/2020 he got low grade fever(99.8) again in the evening and again took dolo 650 one tab and fever got normal and again on 31/7/2020 he got same low grade fever 99.8 and took dolo 650mg and again the fever got reduced In the morning the fever is not coming and in the evening low-grade fever is coming Apart from fever he is having some cold please suggest some medical treatment Thanks in advance
