What is diff btw typhoid and covid...tests are not reliable hence tel us how to identif ...every seasonal have same symtoms and once they used the tablets it gets reduced but how can one knw diff

If accuracy is not true...how can we even control the flow if every tst is false pos or false neg nly few are coming crct don't we have the medical facilit in place in the worl

I have been headaches quite frequently in the past one month. And it's mainly in the forehead n front region of the head to the eye sockets. And it just does not go until I eat a painkiller. I thought it might be due to sleep but I have been sleeping for good 7/8 hours and in the morning I wake up with this headache. Please help.

I have common cold and it's allergic. Whenever I sweat much, it causes me a flowing nose and totally blocked nose. It also cause when I am exposed to cold temperature.

I have fever last 3 days which goes upto 102.6 after taking medicines it came down to below 99. But after 6-7 hours it again goes up. I m talking dolo 650, meftal p and Pantocid dsr. There is no cough and cold or other issues. Today is fourth day and fever below 99 degree after taking medicines its stable. Please advise its viral or there is chances of covid infection.
