Becoming day by day blackish. Mainly face and hands And some weakness aslo in some time not regularly

Today i got lft test my total bilirubin was 1.8 and direct was 0.7 3 months ago my lft report was 1.6 total bilirubin and all other values are normal and ultra sound is also normal in every aspect liver size is normal my concern is why my bilirubin is high after doing dietary measures also my doctor said nothing to worry and u can eat food please help

Male/47age/weight 74 kg In Feb 2020, my blood pressure was 150/100 and weight 90 kg and hence doctor prescribed me medication "Espin 2.5" after evaluating measurements for a week, which i started taking till date. The then I also started walking for 45 minitues- 5 days a week and started eating healthy food too, also reduced salt and fried food. As a result my weight is now 74 kg, feeling energetic and since more than 30 days my blood pressure is also 125/80. I do not have any medication other than Espin 2.5, niether any health issues. Kindly advise should I stop Espin 2.5 now.

I have been headaches quite frequently in the past one month. And it's mainly in the forehead n front region of the head to the eye sockets. And it just does not go until I eat a painkiller. I thought it might be due to sleep but I have been sleeping for good 7/8 hours and in the morning I wake up with this headache. Please help.
