When is the best time to take multivitamins? I was prescribed follihair and zincovit to take on alternate days by my dermatologist. I usually take them at night since I forget in the morning during work days.

I took one dipep capsule and forgot and took another one in a gap of one hour is it okay nothing bad will happen right?

It's been 10 days I lost my sense to taste & smell. From past 3 days i have body pains followed by stomach upset next day. Whenever I have anything with milk in it, it tastes bitter with a sour aftertaste. Even when I'm eating anything sweet. Eg, sweets, milkshakes, cakes. There's a little stomach ache after the consumption of any milk based product but the bitter taste is extremely strange. the taste doesn't change when I'm having freshly curdled paneer though. For the past 6 days fever develops of 99.3 Used to take paracetamol 325mg now from the past 2 days I have increased the dosage to 650mg. Antigen test showed corona negative while RT PCR is pending. I have no other symptoms and just low grade fever comes back in 24hrs approx. What should I do please suggest
