Suffering from Fever and is not eating anything. Please advise on the treatment he should be given and the diet to be taken since the Covid Situation is not favourable to visit hospital.

Hello Doctor, My father aged 64 years, have developed severe pain in the right side from Neck to shoulder. He had muscle stiffness problem and few movements were restricted. He had undergone Manipulation Under Anesthesia few months back. Now again he has developed shoulder pain along with mild fever about 100.8F. We have taken Typhoid. Malaria and Dengue to rule out the causes for fever. Apart from these issues, he does not have any other symptoms. Can you please recommend any medicines or further advice. Thanks.

I was having cough two years back which took 2 months to get rid off ... I had done an X-ray which the results showed normal ....though the cough went anythin cold I hve I get the cough back n takes a lot of time to go 2 months atleast and also even when the cough is not there since then I always hve phlegm every morning when I get up and is way to sticky what would b the cough and how to get rid of it completely
