I've taken daily 4 pills of vitamin ( vitamin c,zincovit,b complex, antioxidant tablets) since 3 months or more is there any problem for using these daily? Or is there any side effects of using these tablets daily

I am frequently suffering from sinus infection due to dust allergy as per ENT doctors suggest I doubt I have allergic milk also through my observation only no doctor confirmed it I have left my lost job( civil engineer ) for this dust allergy only I can't survive with job but I can't avoid dust also as it is hard to avoid dust in civil engineering field Is there any chance to cure dust allergy ?? I have a swelling on my left cheek last 2 years, there is pain sometimes. I have a got an MRI done but nothing all normal. I can feel a bulge above my molar tooth inside my near wisdom tooth that was extracted but the dentist said it's normal. Kindly suggest what would be the reason and whom to consult. Hi, I have take four dose of rabies vacination only last one is pending that will be given in coming 14th sep. I want to know can i consume littile bit of alchohal like one or two drink occasionally whiskey during this period. I have goine through so many questions and answers on internet related with same. Many dr has suggested taking mild drink occasionally there is no harm. Can you please suggest? In case no then after how many days i can start alchohal after completion of last dose? Thanks,

I am 24 year old male. For 3 days i have mild pain radiating from my right side waist to lower back of right side. But not always it happened sometimes while i sit or laying for a time. I applied volini there. But nothing haappened. Some time it pains in my upper right leg to lower. There is no problem with urination no pain, no burning. Also my urin is clear white and sufficient. I have only problem with this pain. What it can be?? Is it muscle straain or something??
