I was having fever since two days. Today I just recovered, but I am left with headache and change in taste

My mother around 53years of age and weight around 73kgs. She is having fever since last 4days. No cough, no desire or feel to vomit, takes time to digest the food a bit but stool is fine as of now. She is taking Parasafe 650 twice a day and whenever she takes the medicine the fever goes down but after 6-7hours it comes back. After food she takes CO-SYMOXYL 625 as well. Its has been only 2days since she started taking Co-symoxyl 625 but its been almost 4days since she started taking Parasafe 650.

Can anyone please inform me that recently I have been diagonised with dislipidemia and taking Rosuvastin 10mg for the last 2 and half months. I also have haemorhoids but it was subdued for few months but for the last two days I am having severe pain and bleeding. I used to take Osil 500 for haemorhoids before. Now my question is that can I take Osil 500mg with Rosuvastin 10mg ? Since my doctor is out of city so I am asking this question here. Thanks in advance.

I have problem for mild fever constantly with sleeping disorder .Sometime I feel little pain in my abdomen.I have typhoid twice time so can that be the reason for fever..I also have indigestion problem. kindly suggest me any possible problem that can be of help. My liver test are almost normal so don't know the reason for fever. My pulse rate is always above 100 per minute. Kindly help me.

My aunty is able sleep for past 10 days and past 9 days she was not having vomiting problem and now today she vomiting too like whatever she eats. I am having white bump inside the tounge, near throat, little uncomfortable swallowing but this bumps are there from last 2-3 weeks, not constant, sometimes go away and come back but almost constant from couple of weeks
