Never went to see a doctor for my problem but whenever I eat or drink anything cold even slightly.. I get headache, nose block, pain in eyes and eyebrows. I'm using saline water for it on daily basis called Xynosine  nasal spray. Is there any effective medicine for sinusitis that can treat it permanently? I get severe headaches after waking up even 2,3 pain killers doesn't work for it😖

I have recently developed severe cold. I feel heavy weight in face and head resulting in severe pain. I have tried vaporizing to unblock the sinuses if any. But nothing worked. I have been on leave due to deviation in my sleeping patterns. Usually I sleep for 7 hrs at night. Now, I am sleeping for 12-14 hrs and still feeling lethargic after that. I have lost appetite since last week. I dont feel like eating. Please help me to get my life back on track.

Hi recently two days back my dad had taken cool grape juice and very next day he got cold and chills... He is on paracetamol right now... He is being active in mrng but by evening he is feeling very tired and feel like sleeping all time... Intially he had heavy head and now it is controlled... He is having fever around 101, if he is delaying in taking paracetamol. I fear if he has effected to any virus.. need ur consultation... There is also viral fever around my parents town(Vizag)

I have fever 100F since last evening ,i took one crocin it dropped and today also it was 100F at 12:00noon again dropped on taking crocin. Right now i have no other flu like symptoms. No change in smell appetite , no sore throat. I have isolated myself in home. How long should i wait to covid test done. Before i had fever there was fatigue for three four days.

Hello doctor, I have 11 month baby and I am breast feeding her, due to covid-19 in Bangalore every one are taking vitamin tablets in general. As a nursing mother can I also take vitamin tablets with out any prescription or can u please guide the tablets. Thanks in advance.
