I got cut with a knife pretty badly last night. Have a deep cut where i can see a white layer underneath my skin. Have cleaned with dettol and applied betadine. Had my tetanus last year, should i get a shot now? Do i need to worry too much? Please help. Ps-please see attached photograph (betadine on wound)

For the past 2-3days I am having pain in my belt area. Front and back. The entire circle. Not severe. Front lower abdomen below umbilical area having pain if I press. I am doing work out also. Is this a muscle cramp or something more serious. Pl advice

My mother is having BP in a range  of 95/63 to 90/60 from the past week.
