I have chest pain since 4 to 5 days
4-5 days back I got normal viral fever and next day I had a sudden acute pain in chest and when I use to lie down on bed pressing against my chest then pain use to relieve and then I also put on hot water bottle which relieved it...since then every time I play or make any intense physical activity the pain starts not that much as the first time but moderate pain and it only stops after either activity is over or I press against my chest or I use a hot water bottle...

At this young age,  its not acceptable complaint Why dont you personally meet cardiologist and get clarified Only specific test done to heart can answer your question
