My father is 57 years old and he has hypertension. But now his BP in manual machine is 136/80 or 130/80. In electrical machines it comes down to 107/70 or 117/73. What to do?

I am not getting sleep suddenly 2 weeks back.My doctor suggest to take magnesium tablets for 2 weeks.and anxit for 5 days.if i didn't take anxit i am not able to sleep.i am having fear when will I get sleep peacefully.pls suggest any yoga or exercise to get sleep.

I have thyroid from many years...But one month before i was noticing lots of hair loss, less period flow and low activeness in my body...i went to a gynae...she take some tests and in ultrasound,she found pcod ...I started taking medicines but still my hair loss increases...I am loosing my hair from the root...I m really very depressed...i dont know that this hair loss is becoz of thyroid or pcod. My T3 is 1.23 T4 is 15.10 TSH is 1.10 I am taking eltroxin 100 mg. Please guide me that what can i do

It been a week that i am suffering from very mild fever. I dont have any cough and cold I am taking 1 tablet of Dolo 650 in a day (half in noon and half in night) with Zincovet forte (multivitamin) but they are not working. When i check temperature on thermometer it does not show fever but i can feel that my body is warm. Please suggest what should i do ?

Hi, From evening 9 o clock yesterday, am having a pinching pain in my left arm on the inside between bicep amd tricep... its a mild stnging pain every 20 or 30 min... i guess... Also am having heart burn... may be because i had lot of yam fry... Should i jus rule it out as gas...
