I had typhoid in June since I recovered I feel weakness and sometimes dizziness and also get tired after mild physical exercise along with this I also feel muscle cramps and joint pain with mild headache

From After one year latrine problem I have been do treatment but till now no any changes of deseas. So,please help me

Daily fever in evening with mild cold no cough. Taking Hifenic P with Azithromycin on a Consultation basis but fever not reducing . Fever started on 12th sep and still recurring. Temp in fever ranges from 99.9 to 100.4. Tired and no sleep at night . Please help . should I get checked for Covid. Else what should be my next step. Thanks in advance

Hi Doctor, If I am feeling hungry and thirsty at the same time, I drink water as cant control thirst but after that it takes 1 to 3 hours to digest water. Even if during daytime If i drink water frequently, I can't eat properly, I am confused why it takes so much time to digest water. Generally I go for walk at 9 pm ,after coming back I relax and drink water, but cant have dinner till 12 pm, as I feel stomach is filled with water. Please help me to figure out this problem

Hi, my brother had viral fever 17 days before again it recurred today with the same symptoms....do we need to worry for any thing? Pls suggest Last tym when he had fever we got all the test done like malaria, typhoid,dangue & covid as well...all the test report where negative.. Head heat induced fever in early May. The fever has gone long since but facing constant fatigue ever since. Difficulty in waking up in mornings, having muscle stress specially in back. Finding it hard to sleep as well. And also reduced appetite and sometimes body pain. This has been going on ever since mid May and still the same. Tried different remedies over time but didn't work. Please suggest what to do.

I feel fatigued and unable to sleep because of heavy breathing in the night.. little discomfort...so what should I do to sleep properly without any difficulty.

I have  minor pain in my chest .sometimes it occur in right and sometimes in left side,but it is not occur regularly..Could you please suggest any medication for this??
