Flu

Yesterday evening I did Yoga for too long and did some poses which I normally don't do. Since yesterday night my hands, legs and stomach muscles are paining. I applied relispray and slept. Hydrated myself and had a hot water bath. I also had crocin advance paracetamol tablet. But not much has helped. Kindly suggest home remedies or medicines to cure the muscle pain from exercising too much.

Iam having I digestion problem from couple of days and having acid reflux..and after eating any food feeling chest heaviness or pressure...it has subsidised in the morning once I woke up and again started from the afternoon after food..checked pulse and Spo2 and both are 76 and 99 also BP is 115/76..should I take any treatment? And also chest pressure is normal?

My father is a COVID patient, he has discharged from hospital within 7days.still he has positive. Doctor said 14days home isolataion. In hospital he has taken FABIFLU(34Tab already taken)tab, again doctor prescribed FABIFLU(80 tabs more)tab in his discharged summary. So I am very worry about that, is there any problem if he taking lot of fabiflu tabs.? Please suggest.

Doctor my tsh level is 0.008 though t3 and t4 lvls are higher than normal What does that mean? Is it curable? Or need to take med lifetime?

My father (72) yrs has previous diagnosis for asthmatic. He was tested covid positive (asymptomatic). He has recovered well with no symptoms now too. No fever since last 5 days. He is still home quarantine. No breathlessness issues. He is very fat. For safer side I got portable oxy cylinder. In oxymeter it shows 88(spo2) / 95 (prbpm) I want to know how much oxygen supply should be given (2, 4, 6, 8, 10...25) for his case & till how much time (15min, 20min etc). Please guide

Doctor prescribed on his discharged summary FABIFLU 200 MG, but this medicine is ourlt of stock. Can you please suggest any substitute medicine for that. I can't connect with my doctor.I am getting SABVIR tab. Is this ok instead of fabiflu?
