Take a tab levocetrizine 10 mg before bedtime for 3-5 days if it is too much. Secondly yoj need to perform few breathing exercises that i can help you with, over personal consiltation. That's most effective in such cases. Avoid all the stuffs that cause the problem.  Avoid highsmelling deodrants/soaps/powder. Drink more water, atleast 2 litres a day. You body is suggesting signs of dehydration. Also put some vaseline in both your nostrils before you sleep. For breathing maneuvers, ypu can take one to one consultation.
