My mother is 49 years old. She has cholesterol of 238mg/dl and LDL of 176mg/dl..the ldl:hdl ratio is also high. What to do?

Since 2 days I have not slept for a second. I was taking a medicine dubinor and inderal 10mg for 20 days because of cervical neck pain and dizziness. I left it 2 days back. My sleep was very normal in afternoon and night too. Since 12 days I am not been able to close my eyes in afternoon and now from 2 3 days I have not slept in night too. I am tensed pls help what to do and why this is happening? Is it normal???

I feel lethargic and sleepy all day no matter how healthy I eat or how much work I do. I feel energy less 24*7. I have had green teas, proper food and all sorts but do not seem to feel fresh and energetic at least normal like. Kindly suggest and help

Hello.. i have headache from past three month sometime it become very severe like pain like hell... Specialy my forehead... And also my one eye became red after every a week... And I feel too tired severe.. like always want to sleep... And also at night I sleep but at morning it was like I didn't sleep whole night. Plz help... And also sometimes my whole left side have some other feeling like different type sensation come and I have little difficult to pull my left leg or turn around from left to right...

Sir myself monika Actually recently I completed covid medicine.now no fever or cough.but mild illness and particularly leg pains.. getting woke up within the 1 HR after sleep.its mrng or nyt.im unable to do any work...Nd gastric issue got major problem..very uneasy after eating.

Last 5 days, only dry cuff, no other problems. Its too hurt. I have taken all precautions, like taking hot drinking water.

I always feel cold since last 2-3 months even if others don't feel. I have thyronorm 50mg which i take in daily basis and last time i checked TSH a month ago it was normal. What else could be the reason. I have done CBC and its normal as well. Can it be due to anxiety?
