What should be the time gap between 2 or more alopathy medicine ? Ideally min time one should wait ?

I had diagnosed urine test. My urine test result is ph-8/10 protein-detected( traced). Others are normal. Is it safe? I checked on google it shows if protein is found it is early sign of kidney damage. Is it true.. I had a back pain little bit. After one year or more than I had fell down when I had walked. I fell down right side l. That time no pain i had feel but now 1 months I feel the pain lower back side that is right side . Now I had done culture test but I found it is negative. Then doctor adviced me to UCG whole abdomen it also found nothing. Then doctor adviced NCCT KUB. I had done it but report will be available on Monday.. This is total history. Is the pain happen due to fell down or others issues?

I have tested covid positive, at starting i have fever,cold, cough, body pains and dizziness for 5 days. On 6th day i had chest X ray, D dimer levels and CRP levels all reports are Normal. After medications ,today is 16th day i have all fine but feeling like something struct in throat? is it normal or should I need to consult any doctor?

Sir I ma from Assam  my elder is suffering from continuous drop in platelets. Every two he has to be given 4 to 5 units platelets it drop to 20,000. In the month of may his platelets count was 20,000 then we gave him 4 units platelets as it's covid time I could not find doners. When i wake up in morning my body temp is normal . As day  Progress it reach to 99-99.5. Having pain in knee joint and calf musscle (espically left leg) . At night it comes down to normal .
