She is having fever from last one and half month 99-99.6 .. cbc test has been done and crp teat also !! It came normal !! What to do now

Hi someone help what is the issue , sometime I feel heaviness in anus after coming from washroom if gas. Doesnot come out . Sometimes if gas come out then there is less heaviness however gas started coming lot.sometime there is no issue , some time hard stool comes first and then soft .sometime loose stool out comes , however it seems little bit stick  in anus  which cause itchiness and heaviness , can any one tell me what is the issue

My brother aged 38 got heavy cold and fever since 3 days and now heavy diarrhoea as well. Please suggest something, will go for a covid test tomorrow anyways. Worried and scared as well

Since yesterday I have feeling a pain in my lower right side of back. I have taken ACEMIZ-MR medicine from my nearby medical store. As I am allergic to lego citrizen and chesterone medicines which are basically given to reduce the allergy. So I am bit scared to take a dose of ACEMIZ-ZR. Please consult whether should I take this medicine or not??
