Drop in platelets

Asked for Male, 43 Years

Sir I ma from Assam my elder is suffering from continuous drop in platelets. Every two he has to be given 4 to 5 units platelets it drop to 20,000. In the month of may his platelets count was 20,000 then we gave him 4 units platelets as it's covid time I could not find doners. I am attaching his reports can you please help me why this is happening. In this pendamic time I am not able to decide what to do. please help me sir
