Hi, I have multiple muscular developed all over my body. It started few years back and the first one was developed on scrotum. After that I had it on my forearm and then it started growing rapidly all over my bod like just below ribcage, on the side of thigh and arms. To my count I have 9-10 lumps as of now. They doesn't cause any problem or pain but now I am concerned, few of them are quite large and noticable. I am not sure who to consult that's why I am making it a general enquiry first. Thanks
