HRIG not available
My son 3 year old has hit by bat on his head , we had given him 1st shot of rabies vaccine, but HRIG is not available , is it neccessary to give HRIG .

If previously not vaccinated you should go for HRIG, also if there is any bite marks it's necessary to give HRIG at least for the 1st time. In repeated case of bite it can be avoided.
