The 1st thing you need to do is solve the baseline problem causing hairfall that is thyroid. Once that is taken care of then only treatments for hairfall will be successful.

Your thyroid will require treatment as it will not go away on its own. Your hair fall is also due to thyroid. No matter what type of hair fall Medicine you take, your hair fall will remain until you take treatment for thyroid. Also, if thyroid is left untreated for lon time, then you can develop other complications like diabetes, heart problems, etc
Next Steps
Have you checked your blood count ? Do you have any other symptoms of thyroid ?
