I have taken Pregabalin NT and Tryptomer 5mg together once.Will it cause any side effects?If it does then what to do?

The following values are related Thyroid test-- T3: 0.8 ng/ml, T4: 7.344 ug/dl, TSH: 1.408 uIU/ml. For these test values does the patient has Thyroid issues.

I have body pain , fatigue and mild fever but maximum temp by infrared thermometer is 98.4.. most of time my body temp is 97.8 . I take malaria , typhoid comes negative, I did hiv test also it comes negative ... what's my problem.. I do chest ct scan also it is also normal ... what is my problem
