How much zinc can i take daily safely without getting deficiency of copper? How much is safe to Intake

I have Digestion problem. My work if infront of computer whole day. Acidity problem also I have. Please suggest medicine.

I am suffering from GERD from August 16 and on Medication since then.. it's slowly reducing May be.. today I woke up with bad headache.. can I take Dolo 650 or advice me on the medication. Morning I had nausea too.. I hope I get good sleep tonight.

Hlo sir one of my relative is suffering from all the above problems he is male of 26 yrs and its like he is normal for sometime and after sometime he again feels all the above illness and its since more than 10 days plz could u suggest some tablets so tht he will be cured ...

When I started thinking too much or tries to focus on something , sudden unbearable pain occurs in the front part of my head and when I was a kid I got stiches( 2007)  on my head  ,pain occurred in that stiched part also . Until I go to sleep it doesn't get reduced .is it the sign of migraine? I'm very much worried ? Is it very serious?

I am suffering from headache from Tuesday.. It is paining between eyebrows and forehead. I am feeling like something is going from by nose to head. What is this..n feeling like sleepy... It is paining continously?

Im facing this problem from 2 months. Whenever I study for 4-5 days, I started feel like vomiting and headache (sometimes not always) and then I leave my studies for 2-3 days and then symptoms fade away. What is the problem? I had fever on 15-16 Sep 2020. Lost smell and taste on 17th. Had done RT-PCR on 18th and was positive. Done blood test and CT-Scan on 21st and all reports were normal (reports attached). Was under home isolation all these days. Have done RT-PCR again on 29th and is again positive. Am I still infected? Do i need to be still isolated? Can i be in contact with my family?
