Hi, i am getting sore throat since 1 month after eating curd at night also getting chest pain sometimes. Today morning i saw little blood in mucus in morning time only. I have bilateral maxillary sinusitis and deviated nasal septum. Feeling indigestion also since 2 days. Jaw pain is also there. Can you please suggest for treatment?

Hi, My father is having little dry cough. They have tested blood so there ESR  component Is 36. Cough is only at day time and it's little. No other problems. Please suggest. Many thanks

From the past 3-4 months, I am having irregular sleep routine. No matter how much I try to lie down early at night (lights turned off, no use of mobile and absolutely no caffeine intake), I am unable to get sleep at night. As a result I am forced to stay up all night. During afternoon, when my body gets extremely tired, I fall asleep. But I keep waking up frequently, quality of sleep is undermined and I never feel I had a full sleep. Please suggest something. I almost tried every possible thing I could do.
