I'm getting typhoid relapses from last 9 years. Sometimes 2 times in 1 year. Please help I'm fed up with this. I'm very weak i can't even eat properly.

Diagnosed with covid-19 on 26-8-2020(symptomatic).I went through a 1 month isolation. Now after that I feel feverish with cough and slight body pain. General weakness on slight exertion. On 30-9-2020 antigen test is negative too.

I had a high fever on Sunday due to which i was admitted to hospital on Monday i was given several drips including sodium ,paracetamol and glucose i got discharged yesterday however since yesterday i m having stomach pain between the chest due to which I cannot walk fast and i feel giddiness all the time so could u advise if this side effect and it will gradually go or should I consult the doctor please tell me the tablet

Hi, since 2 days stool colour is changing to green. No stomach pain. I am taking vitamin c, vitamin d3 and zinc soft gelatin capsule. Please advice me.

Dear Dr., I just got my TSH, T3, T4 checked. I am now on 150mcg Thyoxine Sodium Tablets. The TSH levels are below average range. Please suggest me the dosage and when to get retested for TSH.
