Stomach pain
I had a high fever on Sunday due to which i was admitted to hospital on Monday i was given several drips including sodium ,paracetamol and glucose i got discharged yesterday however since yesterday i m having stomach pain between the chest due to which I cannot walk fast and i feel giddiness all the time so could u advise if this side effect and it will gradually go or should I consult the doctor please tell me the tablet

Have your meals on time. Take plenty of fluids. Reduce stress. Sleep for 7-8hrs at night. Take   pan-d 40mg one in the morning and one in the night before food 5days.take spasmonil one in the morning and one in the afternoon and one in the night. Avoid spicy and oily food.
