Flu

I was 69kg in June. Before 3 weeks it was 65 I had toe pain diagnosed 8.1 uric acid now Toe pain reduced completely. I started protein diet. My uric acid level reduced to 5.6 but I lost weight and I can feel reduce body mass. Now my body weight is 64. My west was 34 now it reduced to 28. Since 6 months I am WFH have bit stress. I have done basic blood tests like HBA1c it's 5.5, Thyroid profile normal, cholesterol normal creatine 1.1, AST and ALT normal.  Lipid profile normal. CBC is normal. But I am worrying about weight loss. Can anyone suggest what might be the reason.

I am finding it very difficult to deal with my itchy anus. It's literally paining now after i scratched the area. I think it's due to intestinal worms. Please suggest which type of Doctor should I consult with?

When i stand n walk I feel I am fainting and falling down... everything seems very unreal and artificial.. even at rest I am feeling confused as if sumthing wrong is happening in body. I drank water just now n felt like i had forgotten how to swallow it..

I was mild symptomatic and was in home isolation. My report came negative 7 days back.I am daily sanitizing my room with isopropyl alcohol but not shifted yet neither allowed kids inside except wife for floor cleaning. Can I mix up /touch with my family now as 7 days are passed. Or few more days

Dear Doctor, myself suffering from sore tongue and bumps on it. Feeling burning sensation and thirsty and dry mouth. Recently started gargle with hot water and salt and steam tablet vapour 2-3 times. Please advise remedy for this problem. Here I am attaching some pictures of tongue. Thanks

Yesterday I was tested covid positive. One week back I had fever for 2 days. Later fever got subsided and after 2 days I lost my complete sence of smell and taste. Today is my 4 th day without taste and smell. Additional to the above symptoms I have very little throat pain. I didn't consult any doctor and I  am in home isolation taking multivitamins tablets. My spo2 levels are ranging from 95-98. What medicines i should take with above symptoms? Do I need to consult doctor as I don't have any fever.

I have problem of frequent cough cold problem since childhood either due to sudden hot cold environment or eating fruits. During this  problem i suffered from Forehead pain above eyebrows, feel tired and laziness, joint pain and stingy cough in throat. Pls. advice for remedy
