I have lot of pain at back of my head just above the neck. Mostly occurs on the left side. I also do neck exercises but it still exists there

Can I take multivitamin twice a day which is on morning and night, becoz I am feeling tired and my joints are paining.

Please advise what need to do...Amikacin 750 injection taken in butt ..4 doses taken blood clots are there still its been one week. Its paining alot.

I am 53 old weight 75kg daibetic from last 5 years, now from last few month I hv been experiencing loss of 5kg in weight without any specific reason, also I face too much sweating n body heat even in high air conditioned room all time. My sugar level remains high mostly with medications. There also too much pain in my left knee. In my recent health check up my ESR is 40 with lecocyte esterase postive. Mu father is having 101 fever. On taking medicine Crocin/Dolo 650, it comes down to 99.7-100. And again after 8-9 hours, it again jumps to 101.2 ... Please help me know what can it be ? And how do I proceed.
