ESR high , too Sweating n heat in body

I am 53 old weight 75kg daibetic from last 5 years, now from last few month I hv been experiencing loss of 5kg in weight without any specific reason, also I face too much sweating n body heat even in high air conditioned room all time. My sugar level remains high mostly with medications. There also too much pain in my left knee. In my recent health check up my ESR is 40 with lecocyte esterase postive. Also I am attaching my all report and thyroid test and ECG report. pls advice..whom to consult further..
